The Body Hotel SelfCare Suite
The Body Hotel Self-Care Suite programme was delivered within Velindre NHS to improve staff wellbeing through movement workshops and CPD sessions, promoting self-care for stress management. Project was funded by ACW and Velindre, and evaluated by the Wales School for Social Prescribing Research. The project looked at embodied skills to support workplace belonging, resilience and cultural dynamics, with findings of increased social engagement scores and feelings of acceptance amongst staff.
