This is a Singing group for people living with chronic obstructive or restrictive respiritory disease. Research is showing that singing aids a return to optimum breathing capacity for those with respiritory conditions. THIS IS NOT ABOUT BECOMING A GREAT SINGER..YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE ABLE TO SING!!

MUSIC NOW together with the British Lung Foundation seeks to further evaluate the positive effects of singing on breathing patterns. The first one of its kind in the Cynon Valley, we hope to empower those living with lung conditions to thrive and rely less on medication and fewer GP and hospital visits.
