A recap of the fourth and final Cynefin webinar
In October 2026, our final Cynefin event took place - Cynefin 4. You can find the recording below.
Our final Cynefin event, How can the arts help widen the health benefits of nature connection?, explored how the arts and nature can support health and wellbeing.
Keynote speakers Professor David Sheffield and Megan Cumming of Swansea University highlighted the health benefits of nature connectedness and how flow experiences can offer a sustainable pathway to wellbeing.
We also heard about inspiring projects putting these ideas into practice, from Clwb Crefft and One World Choir Singing Walks to Synwyriwm, Space to Grow and Create with artist Ami Marsden, and Creative Grow Well. These initiatives demonstrate how creative, nature-based activities can help address health inequalities and build stronger, healthier communities. And why the connections between health, arts, climate and nature must be more visible in consultation and policy discussions - recognising that access to and connection with the natural environment can play a vital role in supporting wellbeing, resilience and more equitable health outcomes.
