Join us for our quarterly network meeting to connect with other professionals working in this area and to hear about the range of creative ageing projects happening across Wales.
September’s meeting will include presentations from:
- Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Arts Development team about the work they have been doing over many years to support older people in their communities and care homes
- Sion Wyn Evans, Policy & Practice Lead, Older Peoples Commissioner
We will also discuss the opportunities for artists working in Creative Ageing to network with other artists from across Europe.

Byddwn hefyd yn trafod y cyfleoedd i artistiaid sy’n gweithio ym maes Heneiddio Creadigol i rwydweithio gydag artistiaid eraill ledled Ewrop.
