This is an exciting opportunity to join Team Caerphilly and provide support across the wider Regeneration team. Contract Type: Part Time/Fixed term until 31-03-2026
Location: Blackwood Miners Institute
We pay an attractive salary of £24,682.22 - £26,584.92 Pro rata and offer access to training and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will be expected to work with an established Advisory Group, Council senior managers, political leaders and an independent adviser (to be appointed) to devise and implement a delivery model to take the Institute forward into the future to ensure the Theatre and Arts Service’s resources are managed in the most affective and appropriate way.
For the role, we ask that you have:
- Educated to degree level
- Knowledge of Health and Safety at Work, Environmental Health, First Aid, Risk Assessment, Fire and Licensing, Disability Discrimination Act, Data Protection Act.
- Experience of managing budgets and income targets.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude towards continuous improvement.
