We would like to invite you to a special celebration of arts health and wellbeing, and share some of the findings and learnings from our last project, Moving Self Compassion on Wednesday 21 February at 6:30pm (agenda below). We will be presenting some of our work and premiere our new short film! 

During April-October 2023, with support from Arts Council Wales and Health Education & Improvement Wales (HEIW), we conducted a full programme of workshops that focused on NHS staff wellbeing across Wales. The sessions used movement-based strategies for burnout prevention and nurturing supportive spaces for staff teams. Moving Self-Compassion was evaluated by the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland and University of South Wales as part of a Social Return on Investment (SROI) evaluation, which measures mental wellbeing and self-efficacy outcomes.
