Location: online | Start Date: 2023

Summary:

Call out to organisations to complete an online survey mapping cultural provision for ethnic minority older people.

Content:

Invitation from Sofia Vougioukalou, Research Fellow at Cardiff University, who is leading on the Public Involvement strand of research study titled: Tailoring cultural offers with and for diverse older users of social prescribing (TOUS): A realist evaluation. It is led by Kamal Mahtani and Stephanie Tierney at the Oxford Social Prescribing Network.

Sofia is inviting organisations that deliver creative activities that are accessed by ethnic minority older adults to complete our online survey which aims to map cultural provision for ethnic minority older people. In the survey the organisations can also express their interest to be one of our 6 case studies. This would involve a researcher from Oxford University  coming to your site for a week (or 5 days) and observing your activities.  There is a fee of £500 available to organisations agreeing to feature in one of their case studies. If you feel that this would be of interest to any organisations, please complete the questionnaire by no later than 30 November.
