You can choose to sign up for one, two or all three CPD programmes as follows! 1. A day of leading dance aimed at harder to reach groups (people in recovery from addictions) Led by Paul Kitcher, Artistic Director, Fallen Angels Dance Theatre Wednesday July 17th (10.30-4.00pm) Cost £50 2. Dance and Dementia Led by Dr Catrin Hedd Jones, Bangor University, Esther KilBride, Rubicon Dance and Bethan Ryland, Pili Pala Wales and Caerphilly Arts Development Thursday July 18th (10.00- finish time TBC but approx. 3.30/3.45pm) Cost £50.00 3. Safe Practice whilst leading dance sessions for young people Led by Paul Davies, Head of Vocational Training, Rubicon Dance Friday July 19th (10.00-12.00/12.30-1.30) Some theory and a practical session which will be followed by time with Paul/current students to see some of the student's work and to hear about Rubicon's full time training course. The course is a BTEC Level 3 and is unique in the fact that it is embedded in a professional working environment at Rubicon. Cost £20 For your information I have attached some information about each of the workshop leaders and speakers. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions. We are going to limit numbers to twenty participants per CPD day so please let me know as soon as you can if you would like to book a place/s. Rubicon will then send out an invoice for the cost of your chosen CPD days.
