Project Lush! - a one-day 'writing spa' with Stephanie Dale & Kate Pawsey.

Location: Drefach Felindre, Llandysul, Carmarthenshire. | Start Date: Saturday June 22nd

Summary:

A creative, reflective and expressive group workshop co-facilitated by two experienced writing for wellbeing practitioners. Two parts: in Song of the Soul, Steph takes you gently over the threshold from thinking into writing; in Contained Space, Kate explores the freedom that a framework provides.
