Join artist and choreographer Jessica Lerner for a one-day exploration of movement, improvisation, and creative process. As spring returns, we’ll tune in to what is present in our bodies – sensing anatomy, emotion, and imagination as sources for dance. Through guided explorations and improvisations, we’ll move between stillness and flow, mapping interior landscapes in dialogue with others, the architecture, and the surrounding environment. The afternoon will offer time to shape emerging ideas through movement scores, drawing, or reflection. Jessica’s workshops invite curiosity, care, and connection, balancing depth and play. Open to all with some experience or openness to improvised movement.
