This is offered as a full time or part time programme and will be based on the Carmarthen Campus.

UWTSD offers brand new postgraduate programme:

Applied Theatre: Community Education, Wellbeing (MA, PGDip, PGCert) from September 2024.

This is offered as a full time or part time programme and will be based on the Carmarthen Campus.

It will be the first MA in Applied Theatre to be offered in Wales which is an exciting reflection of the value and importance of the participatory arts in our education, community and wellbeing settings moving forward.

This would be perfect for you if you are:

A graduate in the performing arts with a passion for arts and wellbeing
A graduate in education or youth work with an interest in theatre and drama
An emerging performance practitioner wanting to take your practice into participatory settings
An established theatre practitioner with the desire to delve deeper into your practice and explore new ways of participatory working
A creative educator in a school/college or alternative setting
