Join this in-person event on Monday 15 June, 10-2pm at Oriel Science, Swansea, marking the launch of the new nature-based social prescribing toolkit.

The session will include toolkit training and explore how nature-based approaches can support health and wellbeing across communities. Developed with input from Dr Catherine Jenkins, Trustee and Swansea Fellow, the toolkit brings together practical guidance for practitioners and organisations working in this growing field.
