Baring Foundation are commissioning a report in response to arts organisations struggling to match need with demand.

They are looking for a short report of 5-10,000 words.

They are looking for someone who can write clear, engaging reports that are accessible.

They are not looking for an academic or highly technical piece of work.

Payment: available a maximum of £10,000 including VAT and expenses. The Foundation will bear the costs of publication.

Deadline for tenders: 12 noon on 31 October 2025.
