HORIZON Project Coordinator

Deadline 12th July.  Powys Teaching Health Board are seeking a FABULOUS highly self-motivated, efficient and organised Project Coordinator with an interest & experience in the field of arts & health. July 2021 - September 2022 

Content:

The HORIZON project is led by Powys Teaching Health Board in partnership with Powys County Council.  HORIZON aims to strategically embed person-centred creativity at the heart of mental health and wellbeing practice.  

The project involves working closely with services and health professionals to support the co-curation of creative arts and eco-therapy interventions between mental health service users, patients, creatives and arts practitioners.

The HORIZON Project Coordinator will lead on the planning, organising, delivery and evaluation of a focused, programme of arts and ecotherapy interventions / experiences / participatory workshops for people. The role will include a coordination overview on all aspects of project delivery.
