Content:

This is the first in a series of Creativity in Nature sessions we will be running over the next few months. Come to as many as you can.

 

We will meet at Golygfa Gwydyr Llanrwst at 10.30am to take a minibus to Caerdroia in the forest for 11am.

We will explore the site, Caerdroia/the labyrinth, the history, forest theatre and the forest garden and wellbeing site that is developing today.

Taking inspiration from the above there will be time to create along with time to be mindful and focus on our senses to create. Learn how being in the forest and being creative is good for your health and wellbeing.

There will be basic creative materials along with the natural world available. Please bring any of your own materials you wish to use too. Please bring a packed lunch to have around the fire.

We will leave site around 2 pm to be back at Golygfa Gwydyr Llanrwst by 2.30pm.

 

We keep an eye on the weather and head to site unless conditions are really bad. We can adjust the sessions as needed.

Please bring plenty of warm and waterproof clothing.

On site there is a shelter, fire, some refreshments and a compost toilet.
