https://healthcharity.wales/events/creative-cuppa-2021/ The Creative Cuppa has launched to celebrate the amazing work of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board staff and to raise funds to continue to support them with creative opportunities, experiences and environments in the workplace. The event encourages supporters to improve wellbeing by taking the time to be creative, enjoying a cuppa together, whilst raising money for the Arts for Health and Wellbeing Programme.

You can take part in the celebrations by holding a creative tea party or arts workshop with your friends, family or at work. The creative element to your tea party can be anything from sketching in the garden, to making a fun dance routine, we’ll even send you an ideas pack to give you some inspiration for easy crafts and activities.
