An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced project manager with a background in the arts and/or healthcare environment to join Hywel Dda University Health Board.

They are looking for someone who is passionate about the arts to inspire others and to encourage the use of the arts that make a positive contribution to the wellbeing of our patients and service users, their families and our staff.

Our new Arts in Health Coordinator will be part of our established Patient Experience team and will work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to develop, embed and implement an arts in health strategy and associated activities covering the full range of health services we provide across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.

The post holder will be expected to manage their own time and workload, delivering to set deadlines and working effectively within a fast-paced and continually evolving environment.

Whilst this is a full-time role, we would also welcome applications from candidates who would like to undertake this role on a part-time basis as part of a job share.

This role is for a fixed term period of 18-months and is part funded with the support of the Arts Council of Wales.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post. English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
