Project Information:
We have identified that people in our community still identify our hub as being a working chapel. So, this project will help us to change the identity of the grounds and the external walls and boundaries by creating a piece of art/ art works that will re-tell the story of the building. We want to break down barriers to entering the Ffwrnes Fach. You can’t see into the building so we want to show people what they can get involved in by representing opportunities for engagement, our values and what you can expect to find inside, on the front of the building.
With a striking and informative frontage, we aim to encourage people passing by to take notice of the building and recognise it is no longer used as a chapel and that there is a world of creative opportunity inside for them. We also want it to be a celebration of diversity that represents all of the participants who visit PSU and have contributed to cement the feeling of PSU being a unified home.
