Ar y Dibyn provides a safe space for individuals affected by addiction to come together and play with creative ideas.
- An opportunity to discover more about yourself and others through chatting and creating
- No shame, just creativity
- You don’t need to tell us about your past
- You don't need any creative experience
We’ll provide…
- A warm welcome without judgement
- A Welsh-language workshop, with translation services if needed
- Support from a counsellor if you’d like a deeper chat
- Creative materials, cuppa and biscuit
