A Resonant Land

Location: Olchon Valley, Herefordshire | Start Date: 6th-8th September

A restorative, participatory weekend immersion exploring pathways of reconnection through embodied practices of ecological-movement, song and collective story making. Join us in coming together to cultivate resonance, kinship and reciprocity, for personal, collective and ecological renewal.

How can we renew our stories of connection with Mountain, River, Seedhead & Rock? What can the land teach us about becoming better listeners? Can we follow the hidden threads that lead us back into song? Some of the ways we might explore these inquiries are through: *Ecological-movement *Stillness & Rest *Sounding & Singing *Solo time on the land *Creative expression This immersion is for you if you are longing to: * Reweave a connection with yourself, others and the living landscape * Come together around the fire, in a nurturing, like-minded community * See yourself and the more-than-human in all of its aliveness * Slow down enough to savour the threads that hold resonance
