Have your say: Review of Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015

The Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 is undergoing a post-legislative review to assess its effectiveness and impact after a decade of implementation. The Equality and Social Justice Committee has launched an inquiry to evaluate how well the Act has achieved its intended goals and whether any improvements are needed.
The review will consider:

• How effectively the Act has influenced decision-making in Wales.
• Whether public bodies are meeting their well-being objectives.
• The enforceability and legal impact of the Act.
• The value for money it provides.
• Potential refinements to improve its implementation
