CULT Cymru, employers and the Welsh Government have come together with mental health and wellbeing specialists 6ft from the Spotlight CIC to start tackling the problem of poor mental health within the industry by placing wellbeing facilitators (WBFs) on productions.

We want to hear from any company working on productions in Wales, either on scripted or unscripted programmes.

Following the success of the first Wellbeing Facilitator pilot, Creative Wales is supporting us again. Television and Film Production Companies can apply for a grant of up to £15,000 to employ a Wellbeing Facilitator on their productions.
