Introduction
In 2024, Two Rhythms asked the University of South Wales to conduct an independent, academic evaluation of its work. This research was carried out by Dr Steve Walden, Lecturer — Learning Disability, and Prof. Emily Underwood-Lee, Professor of Performance Studies, both of the University of South Wales. The research was commissioned by Gray Hill, CEO, Two Rhythms, and Hiroko Uenishi, Head of Programme, Two Rhythms. It was funded by Community Foundation Wales and the Shaw Foundation, through the ‘Health and Social Care Innovation Fund’.
