Introduction

The "Move to Health" programme delivered by Rubicon Dance in partnership with the Arts for Health and Wellbeing team at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, funded by the Arts Council of Wales Arts Health and Wellbeing Lottery Grant. 

It highlighted the importance and impact of providing accessible, adaptable movement sessions at the right time and place, supporting people in various stages of their health journey.
