Hosted by Amgueddfa Cymru, this will be an opportunity over two days to celebrate, share and learn from cultural and heritage organisations across Wales that are working to improve health and wellbeing. Day one will focus on work done with and for those affected by dementia, with day two looking at the wider work around health and wellbeing.
