The Baring Foundation intend to publish a third edition of Creatively Minded Directory of arts organisations offering creative activities to people with mental health problems in late 2026/early 2027.

You should:
- be an arts organisation
- be UK based
- either work with people with mental health problems on a regular basis or have done a targeted project within the last two years.
You are also welcome to update an existing entry using the same form.
